<p>Despite the wealth of information and metrics gathered in the current system, regular users are provided with no tangible benefits or insights from adding their local market information. Reports are generated off the old system (rather than being an integral part of it) and these are used at global and executive level and for reporting figures upwards. This requirement still remains however one of the drivers of the new solution is to provide analytics at a local market level, information that will, with the insights presented, drive their new business activity, focus their attention on potential new clients and sectors and provide a further incentive to use the system and keep their information up to date and relevant.<br><br>The Use of AngularJS and a new development strategy applied (based off the App Model) was decided as the key framework and architectural components to the application. the development strategy allowed for advanced security, removal from the company app catalog, modular deployments(Continuous Integration is possible if required, but Administrating company handled deployments manually) on different tiers as well as fast migration to Azure services and SharePoint Online in future migrations. PowerBi was used as a main reporting feature providing reports for users whom wanted to use IPad's as well as those looking for customizable reports without further development.
