Support Self Service
<p>The primary business goal of Support Self Service was to provide clients with Knowledge Based (KB) articles authored by designated professionals. </p><p>These KB articles would go through an approval workflow which would be viewed by monitoring parties before publication. The clients would then be able to find answers to questions through the improved search and search results sections. Knowledge Based articles are used to increase issue deflection by providing clients with detailed application and service knowledge on common problems leveraged by professionals who have solved the issue. This leaves the service desk to handle more intricate problems, which require more attention and then could be documented and published. </p><p>A critical driver for Support Self Service was a streamlined process and framework to provide simplified content management to the client. Streamlining content management allows for business personnel to update key components and details, which would then get critical content to users as they search for relevant information to their problem. </p>
